Yoga Fitness integrates body and mind for total performance, and is an effective means of achieving body/mind health. Classes’ features strength, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility components. While based on an ancient yoga practice, classes do not adhere to a particular philosophy, religion or type of meditation. The purpose of the class is to breathe, feel, and work inwards while you work out utilizing heat-building sequences of complicated and repetitive poses. We focus on bringing energy to the body with deep rhythmic breathing. 
The hour-long class features a "flow series" that joins breathing techniques, long holds with various non-traditional routines that leave students balanced and refreshed yet fully workout. You will improve muscle tone, flexibility, strength and stamina.  Reduce stress and tension to create a sense of well-being and calm.
Classes are held on Saturday's at 8:30-10:00am.
