Our aerobic kickboxing class just got overhauled!
Cardio Kickboxing Re-made! This terrific FUN Non-Boring workout program has a NEW face-lift according to Course Director Antoinette Ellis. Members will continue to enjoy the great workout they get with the class, but with high intensity interval training and boot camp strength circuits you will gain maximum results that are truly measurable.   Antoinette is a Black Belt AND Certified Personal Trainer thru the American Council of Exercise. 
If you are looking for a weight loss program that packs a punch with a kick this fitness program is for you. Participants will have a track record to measure by and see and feel the difference this workout will do for you.
This is a guaranteed program that will firm and trim you in the Spring.

Classes are held on Mondays & Wednesdays 6:15-7:15pm. And Saturdays 9:30am –11:00am, for ages 16 and up!
